Pierogie Preparation:

  • To defrost pierogie, leave in package and let sit on counter top for 20 minutes
     
  • OR place package in microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes
     
  • Heat 2 Tbls butter in non-stick frying pan on medium heat
     
  • Carefully remove pierogie from package
     
  • Place pierogie in butter and pan fry, turning after 3 minutes.
     
  • Can be served with sautéed onions and sour cream
