Potato Pancake Preparation:

  • In a non stick frying pan heat 1/2 inch of vegetable oil on medium/high heat for one minute.
     
  • Carefully add Potato Pancakes and fry, turning once until golden brown. (about 2 minutes on each side)
     
  • Transfer to a paper towel lined plate to dry.
     
  • Can be served with apple sauce or sour cream.
     
  • Enjoy!
