"This olde world recipe was passed down to me by my grandmother. I have fond memories of making pierogie in her kitchen as a child, standing on a chair with a dish towel for an apron. She taught me the tradition and the importance of using fresh ingredients in her kitchen. To this day we continue to uphold those high quality standards of freshness and quality. She taught the importance of patience when making small-batch authentic dough; and to always prepare fresh-made mashed potatoes - no short-cuts then, no short-cuts now!
